We do this by providing memory boxes to families who going through loss of baby and also books to help explain the loss of sibling. We also going to start doing sibling boxes

We’re a group who want to improve our town’s environment, to reduce, reuse and recycle items that would end up in landfill, and to help local people.

We’re trying to make Wellingborough a more eco-friendly town for you and do all what we can with you, businesses and community organisations, locally, in an environmentally friendly and positive way.
We do this by hosting activities – Community Allotment, Energy Savers, Food Sharers, Green Drinks, Litter picking with Wellie Wombles and at our monthly Two Hour Tidy Ups, Repair Cafés and Swap Shops.
Volunteering opportunity
Anyone can volunteer for Wellingborough Eco Group at our various activities and everyone is equally valued. We are a group led by our members who are all volunteers.
No experience is necessary because we all have something that we can share. All we ask is that you volunteer in an environmentally friendly and positive way.
We host lots of events, mostly on Tuesday afternoons or Saturday mornings depending on what it is. Some activities can be done at any time like gardening and litter picking.

Redeem Funds are looking for volunteers like you
We’re trying to make things better for needy families and individuals, people with low income or on benefits, homeless, vulnerable people residing within Wellingborough and the nearby area.
We distribute food parcels and fresh fruits and veggies crates are available for families on a regular basis. Providing help bags with essential items and signposting them in the right direction.
Volunteering opportunity
- Volunteers should be over 18 years .
- Official Hi viz will be provided.
- Drivers able to do runs from supermarkets would be a bonus.
- Mainly evening run between 8:30pm -9:30pm (Wednesdays – Fridays)

The Centre is a place available to all for support and sign-posting to advice where needed. We aim to provide for the further education and skills of residents.
Providing for the wellbeing of residents, including leisure services, promoting arts and culture through events, developing it and finding new uses on the estate.

We’re a group who want to support people like us with disabilities & mental health problems to do something amazing together to improve our lives.

We’re trying to make things better for people with learning or physical disabilities, autistic adults, and people with Mental health issues to reduce loneliness and learn new things together
We do this by creating arts and crafts projects together in our wellbeing hub, by meeting online to chat and by meeting up to walk and talk helping us keep physically and mentally well and productive.
Volunteering opportunity
Volunteers during weekdays between 9 and 5 who can support us with woodworking, gardening or arts and crafts. As a mentor or teacher sharing skills or as a befriender sharing positive and supportive chat or just walking and talking. It could be one off sessions infrequently or every week. There are a variety of positions for volunteers doing fundraising or social media or whatever their skills bring to us all.

We’re trying to make things better for the nightlife of Wellingborough and the rough sleepers feel they’re not forgotten guiding them to relevant services that can help them.
We do this by providing a hot drink and food if required, talking to the people out on a Saturday night and providing flip flops to the young ladies that have taken their shoes off.
